Sorry to hear she's bulging. Sometimes the guitar can live with it though and you can compensate by shaving the saddle down a bit and adjusting the truss rod.
Unfortunately, when the lift is severe the only thing that will correct the playing action is a neck reset. That's intensive labour and expensive. At that point you need to be realistic about how much money you should be investing, after all this ain't a vintage Martin! I hope that isn't necessary. Good luck with your restoration.
