Finally got one! My third ED ( Previous were set neck LP and SG ).
PG is fairly ondulating, Trem back cover not matching, PUs cavities turned into swimming pool type badly done, Bridge (2" spacing from E to E ) narrower than opening might not be original.
Finish in fair condition. Sonds very good. DiMarsio style PUs are taller and a bit wider than usual Strat PUs, regular covers do not fit over. 3-way switch.
I really like that. I've been really jonesing for a Strat, I have never owned a proper Strat-style guitar before other than a crappy MIK El Degas that never worked and I massacred trying to "fix".
I started ElDegas.com many years ago to help celebrate and inform about El Degas instruments. It all started with a used Ric 4000 bass copy I bought in circa 2000.
El Degas stable as of 03/2022: 42 (13 bass, 26 electric, 3 acoustic)
I'm not a huge Strat fan, but that has a very nice "vintage-y" look to it, especially the pup covers.
If I were to change anything it would be the trem bar tip. The white doesn't quite suit the guitar's colouring.
I really like the way Dimarzios look on Strats, but I always wonder if they'll be too hot.

Depends. I find that the Super Distortion is fine for guitars where you always kind of want a nice overdriven sound, but not particularly suited for anything else (why they put SD's in some of the semi-hollows...!); but their PAF (which you found in the neck position of some El Degas LP copies) was actually a very sweet sounding pickup. If the single coils are more like the PAF then they might be quite nice.
