Modified SG

Someone is selling an El Degas SG on Craigslist:

http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/yrk/msg/4527076460.html

It's been modified to the nth degree. The knobs are now dice knobs, the pickups are definitely not the original ones. And someone wrote the words Let it Be. Geesh, I wish they would've taken ...

Re: New Acquisition El Degas GB84

To tell the truth, I assumed this one was Korean bcause it didn't have the inlay and also becuase the serial number isn't a long number...it is simply the number 2. If it doesn't say Japan or korea, I'm not sure which country they're from....

To tell the truth, I'm not sure whether this one is ...

Re: Les Paul Sunburst Copy

No kidding. This guy must have his head in the clouds. But I gotta say it is a nice axe. But it's at least double what it should be priced at. Btw Charles, I realized after posting I put this in the wrong category. Do you mind migrating to the Buy and sell section when you get a chance. Thanks.

Les Paul Sunburst Copy

Found this one recently on Kijiji. Seems like a great Les Paul axe. But what do you guys think of the asking price of $650??? I almost choked on my cheerios when I saw that. Then I laughed my ass off.

Re: El Degas Ric 330 copy on Craigslist - Toronto area

No one will buy it at that price. maybe the guy is just fishing...but no one will bite. But yeah, I would do $300 for it if it was in decent shape.

Re: GL-31

I gotta say an Amen there behind Barry. Keep the Seagull, you probably woudn't get much for it anyways and they are solid guitars. If you do sell it, you'll probably end up regretting it. So why bother. Also, if you don't mind sharing, how did you go about getting this gorgeous El Degas for free on ...

Re: El Degas Ric 330 copy on Craigslist - Toronto area

Charles, what do you think about the pricing. Assuming it is an MIK with no case, $650 seems quite high. Albeit, it is a rare one.

Re: Telecaster Custom (CAN)

Cool. I have a few myself but I find I don't play most of them. I think I sort of outgrew some of them and now really only enjoy playing a handful of them. Once the economy gets a bit better I'll probably try to thin the herd a little myself. Good luck on the new music room. It sounds like a ...

Re: El Degas GB-28 (Gibson J-200 Super Jumbo copy)

Thanks Barry & Charles (sounds like the name of a Law Firm) - I want to keep this axe for a long long time. So I want to make sure to keep it in good shape.
